Dr. Michael Jermakian brings over thirteen years of experience in healthcare and five years in academia. Michael focuses on fostering meaningful learning and empowering nurses to excel in both clinical skills and professional growth, which is essential for healthcare executives aiming to enhance the quality of care.

As part of the leadership team, his expertise spans academic medicine, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), and multi-million-dollar research initiatives, where he has built a reputation for transforming complex data into sustainable, measurable solutions. He has directed multi-site quality improvement (QI) portfolios, equity-focused research, and workforce development programs across more than 15 clinical locations, managing over $15 million in funding.
